a project by IRIA DO CASTELO & RICARDO O´NASCIMENTO

" Be Loved " is a multidisciplinary project created by Ricardo O´Nascimento & Iria do Castelo and supported by MAC Contemporary Art Museum of A Coruña (Spain).

It is possible in collaboration with  Niffo Galerie Rotterdam.

Ricardo O´Nascimento is a new media artist from Brazil. He research into body- environment relations through interactive projects and hybrid outlook.

Iria do Castelo is spanish artist that developes sculpture, installation and illustration projects. She creates surreal artworks that ranges from irresistible to terrible, from hallucination to tale.

" Be Loved " is a project that research the boundaries of love, the borders of attraction in bodies. Both artist will display a group of personal pieces in different media around this idea, love and eroticism, as a way to be more free being tied by someone.

On 31 october while South Explorer Festival in Rotterdam, they will feature a special collaborative piece titled " Be Loved ". It will be performed by artists using new media interactive processes and elements of their personal discourse.
